Invoice Terms and Conditions

These Invoice Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between Authentic Productions, hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier" and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total invoice amount is required to secure services/products. The deposit is due upon acceptance of the invoice. Late Payment can lead to your desired filming date becoming unavailable.

  2. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the total invoice amount is due once filming is complete.

  3. Late Payments: In the event that the Client fails to make the full payment by the due date specified on the invoice, a late fee of £150 will be charged. This late fee will be applied every month the payment remains overdue.

  4. Late Fee Accumulation: The late fee will accumulate on a monthly basis until the outstanding balance, including all late fees, is settled in full.

  5. Payment Failure: In the event of a payment failure through GoCardless, the Buyer shall be responsible for resolving the issue promptly. Any resulting late fees will still apply.

  6. Dispute Resolution: If the Buyer disputes any portion of the invoice, they must notify the Seller in writing within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes acceptance of the invoice.

  7. Refunds: The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Supplier may, at its discretion, refund any additional payments made beyond the deposit.

  8. Invoice Validity: This invoice is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Prices and availability are subject to change after this period.

  9. Collection Costs: In the event that legal action is necessary to collect overdue payments, the Client shall be responsible for all collection costs, including but not limited to reasonable solicitor fees.

Timely payment is essential to ensure prompt delivery of edits, and adherence to these terms is imperative unless otherwise specified.

Late payments are not tolerated and will lead to delays.
